2. The material rack has an automatic pressure holding function, which can prevent materials from becoming loose.
3. The material rack has an automatic braking function to prevent material inertia from breaking the motor base, and has a material rack release limit function to prevent damage to the oil cylinder.
4. Four blade design, the blade curvature matches the inner diameter of the material, and the blade surface is hard plated, smooth and wear-resistant, without damaging the material during use.
5. The A-frame adopts a quick change structure, which is quick and firm to replace without damaging the blades.
6. The main motor is driven by a deceleration motor with vector variable frequency control, and is driven by a sprocket for unwinding and discharging.

Main frame: made of forged and welded bearing seats made of section steel, A3 steel plate, and # 45 steel, and subjected to annealing and qualitative treatment without deformation; Two bearing seats are drilled in one go to ensure the concentricity of the main shaft installation and prevent radial runout.
