II Working principle of hydraulic electric control valve:

The 600X hydraulic electric control valve adjusts the main valve according to the changes of the small-sized guide valve through pressure transmission. Hydraulic electric control valves are divided into two types: normally closed and normally open. What is normally closed type? It refers to opening when powered on and closing when powered off. When powered on, water can be supplied through the main valve. After a power outage, the main valve closes and the water in front of the valve cannot pass through it. What is the normally open type? The normally open type is exactly the opposite of the normally closed type, it opens when the power is off and closes when the power is on. In practice, the normally closed type is more commonly used.

Working process of 600X hydraulic electric control valve

When downstream water supply is required, the solenoid valve opens, and the pressure acting on the main valve diaphragm decreases, causing the main valve to open.
When the downstream water supply needs to be stopped, the solenoid valve closes and the upstream pressure acts on the diaphragm of the main valve, causing the main valve to close.

III Installation of hydraulic electric control valve

1. Cleaning the pipeline before installation is very important. Has it been done?

Clean the pipeline of debris to avoid interference from debris that may interfere with the normal operation of various equipment on the pipeline.

2. Selection of installation direction. The 600X hydraulic electric control valve can be installed on a vertical pipe or horizontally on a horizontal pipe. Installation attention should be paid to ensure that the flow direction is consistent with the flow direction indicated on the main valve.
