Thirdly, it should be done by a qualified electrician0-500V megohmmeter, check the three power core wires of the motor cable. It is strictly prohibited to use a megohmmeter to check the control core wire to avoid damaging the electrical components inside the mixer.

Fourthly, the voltage must be checked based on the rated voltage indicated on the nameplateWithin a range of ± 5%. If the power supply is far away from the mixer, line loss should be considered, the cross-sectional area of the cable should be increased, the number of joints should be minimized, and the joints should be sealed to prevent water leakage. Fifth, the submersible mixer is equipped with a dedicated control cabinet. Before use, carefully read its instructions, check whether the equipment wiring is correct, whether the starting device is flexible, whether the contact is good, whether the metal shell of the starting equipment is reliably grounded, check whether all wiring points are loose, and re tighten them one by one.

Sixth, the power core wire, grounding wire, and control core wire on the submersible mixer should be connected to the wiring head of the control box one by one. To ensure safety, it is necessary to connect securely.
