Structure and Characteristics

1. This unit mainly consists of an extraction tank, a single effect external circulation concentration unit, and other ancillary equipment, integrating extraction, concentration, and solvent recovery.

2. The absorption rate of the ointment is 10-15% higher than that of the multifunctional jar, and the ointment contains more than twice as many effective ingredients. Due to the continuous addition of hot solvent to the medicinal material during the extraction process, it passes through the layer of medicinal material at high speed from top to bottom, dissolving the solutes in the medicinal material. The solute content in the medicinal material maintains a high gradient with the solute content in the solvent, and the solutes in the medicinal material dissolve at high speed, resulting in the extraction of effective ingredients and a high yield.

3. Due to the use of concentrated secondary steam as the heat source for extraction, the extraction solution drawn into the concentrator is at the same temperature as the concentration, which can save more than 50% of steam compared to conventional concentration. And the device operates under negative pressure, so the extraction temperature can be adjusted freely between 50~100C, which is extremely beneficial for the extraction of thermosensitive substances and drugs that are prone to polymerization reactions.
