Box structure:

5) The insulation material between the studio and the outer box is high-quality high-temperature resistant aluminum silicate insulation cotton, and the insulation layer thickness is: 70mm, good insulation effect, pioneering in China, high-performance insulation structure. There is an inner cavity, inner shell, and aluminum silicate insulation cotton from inside to outside, with less heat loss in the inner cavity. The unique structure of the inner and outer compartments, as well as the door liner, greatly reduces the transfer of heat from the inner cavity.
6) High performance sealing materials and unique rubber sealing structure are used between the door and the door frame, with good sealing, high temperature resistance and aging resistance.
7) The air duct inside the box adopts a dual circulation system, consisting of a stainless steel multi wing centrifugal fan and a circulating air duct. The heat of the electric heater placed on the side of the box is discharged to both sides through the side air duct, and then sucked in by the centrifugal fan at the top after passing through the dried material, forming a reasonable air duct that can fully circulate the hot air and maximize the uniformity of the temperature inside the box. Improved the ability of air flow heating and significantly improved the temperature uniformity of the drying oven.
8) The heater uses stainless steel electric heating tube, which heats up quickly and has a long service life.
