Working principle of dry heat sterilization cabinet:

Place the oven, bottle, or cart filled with materials into the box and start itPLC programmable control system, with the internal circulation fan working and heating simultaneously, and the drying oven rapidly heating up. Under the action of the internal circulation fan, the hot air enters the box through a high-temperature resistant and high-efficiency filter by the makeup fan, and forms a uniform distribution of air through micro hole adjustment to transfer into the box. The dry air absorbs the moisture on the surface of the bottle (material, item) and is discharged by the dehumidification fan. The dry air flows in a directional circulation under the action of the fan. As the water vapor gradually decreases and fresh filtered air is intermittently replenished, the box is in a slightly positive pressure state, the constant temperature ends, and the process control is completed. Turn on the air supply or (water inlet) forced cooling, and when the cooling reaches the set opening temperature, the sound and light prompt will open the door and release the bottle.

6. The equipment adopts an advanced fully automatic control system, which automatically controls the temperature and maintains positive pressure inside the cavity;

7. An independent over temperature protection system effectively ensures equipment safety;

8. This product is equipped with a multifunctional verification interface for dust particle verification testing and temperature distribution testing;

9. The main filter of the chamber is equipped with a PAO detection port;
