Horizontal large pull rod type expansion installation work
1. After the compensator arrives, the following contents need to be inspected upon unboxing: documentation: check whether the model, specifications, and technical parameters listed on the compensator label and certificate of conformity are consistent, and whether other required auxiliary technical documents are complete. Appearance inspection: The compensator has no obvious scratches or sharp indentations; There should be no foreign objects inside the compensator (valley); The connection port should be intact, such as the flange connection sealing surface should have no through marks, the coating should not peel, crack, or peel off, and the large pull rod, transport pull rod, and fasteners should be intact.
2. Precautions for hoisting and transportation of compensators: Special hoisting fixtures or lifting ears should be used during hoisting, and the use of transport rods as load-bearing components is strictly prohibited. Small caliber compensators without lifting lugs can be tied to the connecting pipe with ropes due to their light weight. During transportation and storage, it is necessary to prevent exposure to sunlight, rain, water immersion, and harmful gas corrosion. During transportation and storage, it is necessary to prevent falling and collision, and not to stack them together with other items to avoid damaging the corrugated pipe. During transportation, it should be securely tied to prevent movement and rolling.
