Adopting a biased furnace bladder wet back structure, high-temperature flue gas sequentially flushes the second and third return flue pipes, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney from the rear flue chamber. The boiler has sufficient heat supply: the heating surface of the boiler is designed and configured according to high standards, fully absorbing effective heat, with low exhaust gas temperature and small heat loss, ensuring sufficient output and high efficiency. The boiler is equipped with movable front and rear smoke box covers, making boiler maintenance convenient.


The WNS type horizontal fully automatic fuel steam boiler is equipped with industrial burners with excellent technical performance. It adopts advanced technologies such as automatic proportional adjustment of combustion, automatic adjustment of feedwater, program start stop, and fully automatic operation. (2) High steam quality: large shell diameter, large water capacity, strong adaptability to load changes, stable output; The steam space has a large volume, the net distance between the steam water interface and the steam outlet is high enough, and the steam humidity is low.
(3) Adequate safe precipitation time: The combustion chamber of the boiler is arranged at a low position, and the water level is determined in accordance with regulations. At the same time, it strictly follows the international standard for water level fluctuation time requirements, with sufficient safe precipitation space to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.
(4) Multi functional safety explosion-proof device: The boiler rear panel is equipped with an explosion-proof device connected to the furnace to prevent the release of high energy generated in the event of severe fuel explosion in the furnace. It can automatically reset and has the functions of a fire observation mirror and maintenance channel. (5) Convenient maintenance inside the boiler: There is a manhole on the top of the boiler, and a unique manhole device is located in the middle and lower parts of the front and rear ends of the boiler, which facilitates the maintenance and cleaning of the internal devices and the bottom of the boiler.

(8) Leading automatic control level: The boiler controller adopts Siemens or Delixi electrical components, with reliable performance. There are three forms of controllers: ordinary type, Chinese English menu type with LCD display, and touch screen type with human-machine dialogue remote control.
