The moisture in the sludge evaporates with the increase of temperature, and some organic matter is decomposed, thereby reducing the volume of the pile and achieving waste reduction treatment. The organic fertilizer fermentation tank controls the temperature between 55~60 ℃ through ventilation, oxygenation, stirring, and other functions to achieve the optimal temperature for material fermentation treatment. At this temperature, a large number of pathogenic bacteria and parasites in the heap can die, and a deodorization system is used to produce a biological odor in the emitted gas, achieving the goal of harmless treatment. The product obtained after high-temperature aerobic fermentation can be used for soil improvement, landscaping, landfill covering, etc.
