Honeywell PX240S barcode printer
The PX240S series adopts a fully metal frame structure, which is sturdy and durable. The unique design of minimizing internal components, combined with a rugged appearance, reduces the size of the printer while meeting its various functions, making it more aesthetically pleasing. Large transparent window design, convenient for observing the condition of consumables; Side opening carbon ribbon and paper loading method, while supporting recyclable bottom paper, more space saving.
The PX240S uses Arm Cortex-A7, an 800MHz processor, supports 128M memory and 128M DDR3 SDRAM, and supports thermal and thermal transfer printing. Using high-end industrial print heads, the printing quality is high and durable. Adopting Honeywell's unique dual sensor design, it supports dynamic positioning function, ensuring a minimum label height of 5mm and a positional accuracy of 0.5mm up and down. Adopting an adjustable dual pressure rod design, coupled with dual paper tighteners, ensures the stability of paper transportation, ensuring that the carbon ribbon is wrinkle free and printing is dirt free.
The PX240S adopts a more ergonomic print head lever design, making the operation of switching print heads more convenient and easy to use. By modularizing the front sensor design, the cleaning and replacement of the rubber roller are made simpler and easier. Simultaneously supports multiple printer command languages such as FP/DP/IPL/ZPL/DPL, and supports one click installation of printer drivers. Supports Windows configuration and one-on-one management.
The PX240S offers a wide range of accessory options, including wireless network interface cards, parallel interface cards, labeling machine interface cards, industrial GPIO interface cards, stripping and rewinding components, and cutting blades, making it easy to handle complex scenarios.
