The SA-78NCE Deburring Cell is an ultra high speed pipe cutting machine with motor servo control feed. It uses SOCO HTTM tungsten carbide saw blade (TCT) to cut high tension steel pipes and SOCO high-speed steel (HSS) saw blade to cut medium carbon steel pipes and stainless steel pipes. Equipped with 6.5M/8.5M/12.5M automatic backing racks (MB6/MB8/MB12, Bundle Loading Magazine), motor servo controlled feeding speed, single and double size file rulers (optional), intelligent i2 ® Intelligent interface for operation.
SA-78NCE can be connected to peripheral processing equipment as an Automation Cells production equipment. Not only can it save labor costs and factory space, but it can also improve production efficiency and precision of pipe fittings processing.
The SA-78NCE Deburring Cell is capable of sawing workpieces with different appearances, such as round tubes, round bars, rectangles, and squares. And it can be connected to equipment such as deburring, chamfering, automatic length measurement, and stacking to form Automation Cells. For example, after cutting pipes, it can be connected to:
- Steel brush chip remover (BDB-70)
- Length measurement system (LM-3000)
- Pipe Stacking System (STK-3000)

In order to achieve lightweighting of transportation vehicles and improve fuel efficiency, in order to reduce the environmental load on the earth and enhance the safety of the vehicle body, 'high tension steel' is gradually being widely adopted, which is the mainstream trend in the future. The so-called 'high tension steel' (80-120 Kg/cm ²) has several times higher strength than ordinary steel (40-50 Kg/cm ²), and due to its good ductility and strength, it can be made thinner and lighter to achieve the goal of lightweighting. The use of high tension steel in effective parts of the vehicle body can enhance deformation strength and fatigue strength, such as the frame, chassis, door collision steel beams, pillars, trunk lid, engine hood, and so on. High tension steel pipes cannot be cut with existing high-speed steel saw blades. Therefore, in collaboration with advanced Japanese technology, Hewa has developed an innovative pipe cutting machine that combines tungsten carbide saw blades and alloy steel circular saw blades to meet the increasing demand for cutting high tension steel pipes.
