1. Outer Frame Material
Primarily made of stainless steel (304/316L) or galvanized steel sheet; some models use aluminum profiles.
Stainless steel frames offer excellent oxidation resistance and structural strength, suitable for frequent temperature fluctuations.
Common frame thicknesses: 80mm, 150mm, 220mm, 292mm, etc.
2. High-Temperature High-Efficiency Filter Media Material
The core filter media is ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper, featuring high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and high filtration efficiency.
Some models use glass fiber filter paper with waterproof adhesive.
3. High-Temperature High-Efficiency Filter Separator Structure
Separator Design: Uses aluminum foil or stainless steel foil as corrugated separators to precisely maintain the spacing between filter paper pleats, maximizing filter media utilization with minimal resistance.
Separator-Free Design (Some Models): Employs a continuous strip-shaped filter media self-supporting structure, forming a rigid whole and reducing the risk of metal particle shedding.
Sealant: High-temperature resistant silicone, ceramic-based sealant, or imported flexible sealing materials.
Gaskets: Fiberglass gaskets, special rubber, or seamless one-piece molded polyurethane gaskets.
Models utilize flexible sealing technology (such as HT Proseal Tech), effectively absorbing stress from thermal expansion and contraction, preventing seal cracking and leakage.
