The Yihexing high-temperature precision oven can reach a temperature of 400 degrees, with a unique three door and three control design. Each box is independently controlled, making it easy for multiple products to be produced or tested on the same machine, reducing costs, and facilitating energy conservation. Improvements and customization of integrated or multi box studios can also be made according to the process requirements of the product. The oven workspace adopts a hot air circulation method for constant temperature heating of materials, with high temperature control accuracy, uniform temperature, and the ability to quickly increase and decrease temperature, thereby improving product quality. Suitable for high-temperature and dry environments such as ceramic products, PTFE coatings, aluminum annealing, and bearing preheating.

2. The shell is made of 1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel plate bent, and the surface is treated with high-temperature spray paint for corrosion resistance and rust prevention.

3. The original balanced dual heating air transport system and unique hot air circulation and recovery mode save more than 30% energy compared to ordinary ovens.

4. All electrical accessories are made of first-line brands, with PID calculated temperature control system and over temperature protection device, intelligent constant temperature, small temperature difference, suitable for long and short baking of different manufacturers and products.

5. Adopting an intelligent temperature controller, PID automatic calculation, LED display, and SSR solid-state relay output, it can accurately control the accuracy of temperature, with over temperature deviation protection and timing function.

6. The shelf tray is welded with stainless steel square tubes, and each shelf can be independently removed. The spacing and quantity of shelves can be adjusted to meet different specifications of products. Install four universal brake wheels and four positioning foot cups at the bottom of the oven.

7. Using high-temperature resistant silicone sealing and high-temperature heating tubes as heating elements to ensure safety and long service life.
