Scope of application for high-temperature and high-pressure hard sealed butterfly valves
This valve is suitable for use as a closed-loop sealing device, throttling device, and regulating device in pipelines with high, medium, and low pressure, high temperature, and low temperature. Widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, mining, electricity, energy, transportation, farmland, hydropower, and construction. Especially suitable for working conditions with strict sealing, such as gas pipelines, and also applicable to corrosive media such as water, steam, oil, air, electricity, dust, nitric acid, etc.
Structural characteristics of high-temperature and high-pressure hard sealed butterfly valve
The bidirectional metal sealed butterfly valve is an improved version of our company's advanced technology introduced from abroad. It uses precision elastic sealing rings in contact with polished butterfly plates and is widely used as a regulating and shut-off device in industrial pipelines such as metallurgy, petrochemicals, air, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction.
1. Short structural size, small volume, light weight, and easy operation;
2. Adopting a semi axial structure, the butterfly plate adopts a truss structure, which has high strength, large overcurrent area, low flow resistance, and energy saving;
3. Adopting an eccentric structure, the butterfly plate separates at the moment of opening and seals upon closing contact, achieving the goal of extending its lifespan and achieving ideal sealing performance;
4. The sealing surface is made of stainless steel, which has the dual advantages of metal sealing and elastic sealing. It has excellent sealing performance, corrosion resistance, and long service life in both low and high temperature conditions;
5. It has bidirectional sealing function and is not limited by the flow direction of the medium during installation (if only unidirectional medium needs to be controlled, the installation direction that is conducive to sealing should be preferred). It is also not affected by spatial position and can be installed in any direction.
