3、 Labeling process analysis:
Product placement → Conveyor → Bottle separation → Product alignment → Top pressing conveyor → Product testing → Labeling → Overlabeling → Conveyor

1.Place the product onto the conveyor belt.

2.The product is driven by the conveyor belt and automatically moves towards the labeling mechanism on the right side.

3.The bottle separation mechanism separates the distance between the bottles.

4.Entering the bottle guide mechanism, the chain designed in the center ensures that the bottles are transported in the forward direction;

5.At the end of the bottle guide, the product enters the top pressing mechanism and is transported in the correct direction under the action of the top pressing mechanism;

6.Entering the detection position, the electric eye detects the product, and the measured signal is fed back to the PLC.

7.The traction motor rotates, sends out the label, attaches it to the product, and covers the label.

8.Products that have been labeled are transported forward.
