2、 Light source
1. The UV aging test chamber includes UV irradiation and dark cycle functions, and users can set the time for both functions by themselves; The total test time is equipped with a power-off hold function, which automatically resumes operation after power is restored. The machine uses a 500W ultraviolet high-pressure mercury lamp as the light source, and conducts accelerated weather resistance tests on the material by simulating the ultraviolet radiation state in natural sunlight (such as 40 ℃) to obtain the results of the material's weather resistance. The effective service life of the lamp tube can be around 1000 hours.

4、 Usage method
Panel layout

1. Overtemperature: Indoor temperature exceeding the set temperature is protected;
2. End of experiment: The experiment will automatically end when the set time is reached;
3. Temperature: Set the temperature inside the box;
4. Total time: Set the test time, set any time, and the instrument will automatically shut down after reaching the set value;
5. Cycle time: Switching between lighting and darkness;
6. When the light is exhausted: accumulate the time of light exposure, remind the staff to replace the ultraviolet lamp;
7. Power supply: Connect the main power supply of the device;
8. Operation: Start the overall operation system such as equipment heating and lighting;
9. Lighting: lighting switch;
10. Cycle: Switch between light and dark for operation.
