1. After the computer software is connected online, a prompt box message appears indicating overload.
The solution is to check if the communication cable between the computer and the rubber tensile testing machine has come loose; Check if the online sensor selection is correct, and verify if the sensor has been hit during recent experiments or keyboard operations; Check if the software calibration or calibration function was used before the problem occurred; Check if calibration values, calibration values, or other information in hardware parameters have been manually changed.
2. The main power supply of the rubber tensile testing machine is not on and cannot move up and down.
The solution is to check if the power line connected to the rubber tensile testing machine is properly connected; Check if the emergency stop switch is turned on and if the power supply voltage connected to the testing machine is normal; Check if the fuse on the socket of the inspection machine is burnt out. Please remove the spare fuse and install it.
