High manganese steel quenching furnaceThe main method is to heat high manganese steel castings to the temperature of carbide solid solution, hold them for a certain period of time, and then rapidly cool them in water to form austenitic structure, greatly improving their strength and toughness, and achieving the purpose of work hardening. In the quenching heat treatment process of high manganese steel, carbides dissolve into austenite in a solid solution state, so it is also called solid solution strengthening treatment. The parameters for solid solution treatment of high manganese steel quenching furnace mainly include furnace temperature, heating rate, insulation temperature, insulation time, and placement position.

The high manganese steel natural gas quenching furnace is suitable for quenching treatment of large and medium-sized high manganese steel castings and heat treatment processes such as solid solution treatment of stainless steel parts. Performance characteristics of high manganese steel quenching furnace:

1. Steel structure frame, with strength to withstand the self weight of the furnace body and the weight of the workpiece;
