Structural characteristics of FNA-1 high-efficiency atomizer:

The tested solution is sucked into the inner tube of the coaxial glass atomizer, and compressed air is connected to the outer tube. The nozzle is covered with a removable impact ball cap (not interchangeable between different atomizers). The glass atomizer is fixed in a stainless steel protective sleeve, and its shape corresponds to the different atomizer seats of each type of host. The inner tube is plugged into a specially designed polyethylene flow restriction tube (resistant to organic solvents), or plugged into a stainless steel tube - silicone tube - polyethylene flow restriction tube (not easy to fall off, but silicone tube is not resistant to organic solvents).

Installation and adjustment of atomic absorption high-efficiency atomizer:

1. If the inner diameter of the atomizer seat can pass through the atomizer with the impact ball cap, the end of the fog chamber can be directly inserted into the metal sheathed glass high-efficiency atomizer that has been adjusted to a better spray state without taking off the end of the fog chamber.

2. If the atomizer seat cannot pass through the atomizer with the impact ball cap, take down the end of the fog chamber, insert the metal sheathed glass high-efficiency atomizer with the impact ball cap removed into the atomizer seat and fix it, put on the impact ball cap, adjust it to a better spray state according to the following method, then reinstall the end of the fog chamber onto the fog chamber and fasten it.

3. Adjustment of spray state: suck and spray water (the lifting amount shall be more than 4ml/min), push the impact ball cap against the nozzle and rotate it back and forth, and observe the state of the sprayed air flow with fog.

The optimal state is:

1) Spray forward, symmetrical on all sides, with a large angle;

2) Spread out in a flat plane, symmetrical on all sides, and after adjustment, the connecting rod of the impact ball cap should be within a downward ± 45 degree angle.
