This machine is equipped with manual assistance for bagging, automatic weighing, bag clamping, filling, vibration, bag pushing, and automatic sewing or sealing through conveyor belt transmission. By changing the feeding method, it is suitable for open pocket quantitative packaging of ultra-fine powder to large particle materials, such as rice, beans, milk powder, feed, metal powder, plastic particles, and various chemical raw materials.

FEATURES
1. The independent weighing box is not easily affected by external factors, with high weighing accuracy and fast speed.
2. The weighing control core is composed of Mitsubishi PLC, Toledo weighing sensors and weighing instruments from the United States, which maximizes the accuracy and stability of the machine's weighing control.
3. The contact parts between the whole machine and the materials are made of 304 stainless steel, and the frame is made of carbon steel sprayed with plastic, which can be used for corrosive chemical raw materials.
4. The weighing cabinet has a double-layer structure, centralized dust removal, no dust pollution in the workshop, easy cleaning of residual materials, and can be rinsed with water.
5. Pneumatic bag clamp, with good sealing and interchangeable sizes, can adapt to various sizes of packaging bags.
6. Optional feeding methods: double helix, double vibration, double valve.
