Adopting TEMI1500 LCD touch controller, the screen operation is simple and the program editing is easy.

Equipped with an RS-232 communication interface and connection software, it can design programs, monitor the testing process, and perform functions such as power on/off on a computer.

● It has a 9-point fault message prompt. If an abnormal situation occurs during operation, the power will be immediately cut off and the cause of the fault will be displayed on the screen.
It can provide linear DC signal output of temperature and humidity to the temperature and humidity recorder to understand the testing condition status, thereby improving the detection reliability.

Freezing and ventilation system:

The refrigeration unit adopts a German valley wheel semi closed or French ironclad warrior fully closed compressor (binary refrigeration method), and uses environmentally friendly refrigerants (R134a, R404a, R23)

The refrigeration system adopts a single pole or binary cascade refrigeration design, and the binary cascade refrigeration uses different compressors to work in different temperature ranges to increase the service life of the equipment.

Using high-quality axial flow fans to provide strong air circulation, avoiding any dead corners, can ensure even distribution of internal temperature and humidity during testing.

The air circulation adopts side blowing and return air design, with wind speed and pressure meeting the test standards, and the temperature and humidity stabilize quickly at the moment of opening the door.

The heating, cooling, humidification, and dehumidification systems are completely independent, which can improve efficiency, reduce testing costs, increase the lifespan of the entire machine, and reduce failure rates.
