The innovative 4 x 1.5-liter rotor R9A2, paired with our unique 1.5-liter triangular bottle, helps reduce the number of reagent bottles that need to be processed and speeds up the biomass collection workflow. A large touchscreen operation panel with up to 1000 programs enables fast and convenient operation. User management and document functionality support clients working in regulated environments. In addition, the self-locking rotor system has an instant rotor recognition function, ensuring safe and convenient daily operations. After the rotor is placed on the drive shaft, the centrifuge will immediately recognize it and adjust the maximum rotor speed accordingly. Multiple additional safety features such as rotor cover detection, imbalance detection, or door lock device ensure excellent user safety.
Do you need a centrifugation speed of up to 110000 x g?
The separation of proteins, viral particles, organelles, exosomes, or nanoparticles requires a centrifugal force of up to 100000 x g. By using a horizontal rotor with a centrifugal speed of up to 110000 x g and a fixed angular rotation, you can perform high-speed density gradient applications, such as rate zone or equal density centrifugation, as well as cell fractionation applications, without switching to an ultracentrifuge.
Do you need to collect 6 liters or more of biomass?
Two 6000 mL rotors and one continuous flow rotor are available for you to choose from to obtain higher volumes of cell or microbial cultures: rotor R7A (6 x 1000 mL) and R9A2 (4 x 1500 mL), as well as rotor R10C2 (continuous flow).
Are you tired of the time-consuming processing steps in the centrifugation process?
Our 1.5 L triangular bottle provides you with great flexibility: no minimum filling level means you can centrifuge samples from 0 mL to 1.5 L without worrying about the stability of the reagent bottle or filling the sample with other culture media. No need to replace reagent bottles or rotors!
In addition, up to 6 liters of sample can be centrifuged using only 4 reagent bottles instead of 6, reducing time-consuming processing steps such as switching to a smaller rotor and pre cooling it, decanting the supernatant, resuspending particles, and cleaning the reagent bottles after centrifugation.
