4、 Description of heptafluoropropane filling equipment:
The heptafluoropropane filling equipment uses compressed air as a power source to drive the filling and transportation of chemicals. 5、 Operating procedures for heptafluoropropane filling equipment
1. Add lubricating oil to the oil mist generator of the binary system, using 10 # or 20 # mechanical oil in the south and antifreeze mechanical oil or low pour point hydraulic oil in winter in the north.
2. Close the low-pressure air source ball valve, connect the air source, and adjust the pressure reducing valve on the coupling to ensure that the air pressure is not greater than 0.8 MPa (0.8 kgf/cm ²)
3. Place the gas cylinder, turn off the medication switch, turn off the high-pressure nitrogen switch, turn on the vacuum pump switch, and start the vacuum pump to evacuate.
4. After vacuuming, turn off the high-pressure switch of the vacuum pump, close the unloading valve, open the high-pressure needle valve, open the low-pressure gas source ball valve, start the heptafluoropropane pump, and observe the weight change on the electronic scale; After reaching the set pressure, it will automatically stop working. At this time, turn off the medication switch.
5. After the drug filling is completed, open the nitrogen needle valve and observe the pressure gauge (standard pressure gauge) in front of the pressure reducing valve. Reduce the pressure to the required pressure through the pressure reducing valve (precision pressure display behind the pressure reducing valve) and add nitrogen to the already filled bottle;
6. After the operation is completed, close the high-pressure needle valve, manual ball valve, and nitrogen needle valve;
6、 Precautions and maintenance of heptafluoropropane filling equipment during use
1. When carrying out filling work, the operator must pay attention to the sealing of the connecting pipeline. If the connection is not secure, stop filling immediately.
2. There must be lubricating oil inside the oil mist device to lubricate the pneumatic pump. Adjust the oil level to 15-20 drops per minute, oil cup

3. The accumulated water in the water separation filter should be drained at any time, and the water in the filter cup should be cleaned regularly. When cleaning, mineral oil should be used first
