Product Features:

It can be conveniently equipped with various forms of electric motors or other power inputs. The same model can be equipped with multiple power motors. Easy to achieve combination connection between various models.
2. Transmission ratio:Fine division and wide scope. Combination models can form a large transmission ratio, i.e. output extremely low speeds.

4. High strength and small volume:The box is made of high-strength cast iron. The gears and gear shafts adopt gas carburizing, quenching, and precision grinding processes, resulting in high load-bearing capacity per unit volume.
5. Long service life:Under the correct selection (including the use of appropriate coefficients of applicability) and normal maintenance conditions, the service life of the main components of the gearbox (except for vulnerable parts) is generally not less than 20000 hours. Vulnerable parts include lubricating oil, oil seals, and bearings.
6. Low noise:The main components of the gearbox are precision machined and carefully assembled and tested, resulting in low noise levels.
7. High efficiency:The efficiency of the gear reducer can reach 95%, and the efficiency of the worm gear can reach 89%.

Model selection: Generally determined by the user based on the transmission installation layout. The GR and GF series are used for situations where the input and output axes are parallel, while the GS and GK series are used for situations where the input and output axes are perpendicular.
