Features: The extruder barrel and screw are made of high-quality alloy steel, which has undergone nitriding treatment and precision machining, and is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has a long service life. The structure of the quick replacement (or long-lasting replacement) device is reasonable, with good sealing performance, fast and convenient operation, and safe and reliable operation. Configure a thin film length measuring device and separate monitoring devices for the working melt pressure of each unit to ensure constant pressure operation of each unit. The intelligent temperature control device is accurate and reliable, saving energy. Adopting rubber roller friction winding, automatic tension control mechanism, and matching mold rotation (or upward traction rotation) to ensure smooth and neat operation of the film winding process. The main motors of each group of extruders are controlled by inorganic frequency conversion independent speed regulation (or centralized unified speed regulation), and equipped with hard tooth surface reducers to improve the working efficiency of the unit and achieve higher control accuracy of the products. Equipped with horizontal cutting blades, vertical cutting blades, and continuous mechanical edge banding devices.
This unit can adjust the longitudinal and transverse shrinkage rate and shrinkage force of extruded film products according to the specific requirements of different packaging materials for film performance, maintain high tensile strength, and reduce film thickness and packaging costs.
