Screw air compressors convert electrical energy into mechanical energy and mechanical energy into high-pressure compressed air during long-term and continuous operation. In the process of converting mechanical energy into high-pressure compressed air, a large amount of heat generated by the adjustment and rotation of the air compressor screw is carried out of the machine body through lubricating oil, and finally dissipated in the form of air or water cooling. When the air compressor is working, the oil temperature is usually between 80-100 ℃. The thermal energy conversion system fully utilizes the waste heat during operation and connects the thermal energy conversion oil circuit in series before the oil pipeline passes through the radiator; The water system of the thermal energy conversion machine is connected to a circulating insulation water tower for circulating heating. After the hot water temperature in the circulating insulation water tower reaches the set temperature (adjustable from 50~65 ℃), it is continuously stored in the hot water insulation bucket on the roof of the employee dormitory through the temperature control system and delivery system for use by employees. The energy-saving equipment for waste heat recovery of screw air compressors adopts the principle of cold and hot exchange to convert the heat of high-temperature lubricating oil into hot water at 55-70 ℃.
