structure characteristics
The main component of this machine is a gantry shaped body welded from carbon steel. It is connected to a main shaft with a eccentric wheel and a filling cam. The right end of the shaft is equipped with a rocker arm and a handle. The main shaft is manually driven to drive the eccentric wheel, filling cam, lifting rod, and feeder. The small lever drives the feeder to perform different lifting movements.

The installation method of the punching die: First, remove the hopper, feeder, and middle mold plate, and clean the middle mold plate, mold hole, and installed grinding tool. Install according to the following steps:
Firstly, insert the lower die into the hole of the lower punch core. The notch of the die must be aligned with the locking screw hole and inserted into the bottom of the hole. Tighten the locking screw.
Insert the upper punching die into the hole of the upper punching core, it must be inserted to the bottom, and tighten the taper nut with a wrench.
Place the middle mold into the middle mold hole, paying attention that the end face of the middle mold must be on the same plane as the middle mold plate, and should not protrude. Then tighten the screws.
Press the middle mold plate onto the machine body, first align the lower mold with the middle mold hole, then manually insert the upper mold into the middle mold so that its three points are aligned. Based on this, fix the fixing screws under the middle mold plate, and then manually rotate it once to ensure that the upper, middle, and lower molds can fit well. Then, put the material into pressure testing.
Adjust the height of the wafer by adjusting the 16 wafer adjustment nut to make it level with the middle mold plate at the highest point.
The thickness of the tablet can be adjusted by adjusting the 18 filling adjustment nut counterclockwise to increase the filling amount, which increases the thickness of the tablet, and vice versa to decrease the thickness of the tablet.
After determining the height and thickness of the tablet, fix the 17 adjustment nut pressure plate.
☆ For tablet hardness adjustment, 6 is the upper punch lock nut. First, loosen 6 and 7. The upper punch can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise. Clockwise increases the pressure, counterclockwise decreases the pressure. One adjustment should not be too large. It is considered that the tablet hardness pressure has been reached, and then tighten the upper punch lock nut 6.
Maintenance instructions
Lubrication of mechanical components, if there are oil rods on the moving parts, pay attention to adding oil (engine oil and butter) before use.
After a single use or shutdown, the remaining materials should be cleaned up and coated with rust proof oil.
Coat the die with rust proof oil and place it in a covered container, avoiding any damage or rusting.
precautions
Never place your hands under the upper and middle molds to avoid personal injury.
The material must be made into granules according to the process before being compressed.
When using the equipment, it should be supported on a fixed workbench.
