Product details
The hammer crusher (hammer crusher) crushes materials through the collision surface between the high-speed rotating hammer body and the material. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high crushing ratio, and high production efficiency, and can be used for both dry and wet crushing. Hammer crusher is used to crush various medium hard and weakly abrasive materials. The compressive strength of its material shall not exceed 100MPa, and the moisture content shall be less than 15%. The crushed materials include coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, bricks, limestone, etc. It is also used to break down fiber structures, and to recycle asbestos fibers from waste materials such as broken wood, paper, or crushed asbestos cement with strong elasticity and toughness. In addition, hammer crushers can not only be used in crushing production lines, sand production lines, but also replace cone crushers in mineral processing production lines.
Hammer crusher is suitable for fine crushing medium hardness and brittle materials in industries such as mining, cement, coal, metallurgy, building materials, highways, and combustion. This device can adjust the gap between the ribs and change the particle size of the discharge according to user requirements to meet the different needs of different users.
Working principle of hammer crusher: The electric motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed inside the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port and crushed by the impact, shearing, and grinding of a high-speed moving hammer. At the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate. The particles smaller than the sieve hole size in the crushed material are discharged through the sieve plate, while the coarse particles larger than the sieve hole size are retained on the sieve plate and continue to be hit and ground by the hammer. Finally, they are discharged outside the machine through the sieve plate.
The structural composition of the hammer crusher: The main working component of the hammer crusher is the rotor with a hammer (also known as a hammer head). The rotor consists of a main shaft, a disc, a pin shaft, and a hammer.
