A filtering device installed before the suction port of the circulating water pump in the swimming pool, used for filtering hair, fibers, and other debris in the filter water. Also known as vertical straight through cleaner or blue filter.

scope of application
In swimming pools of various sizes, it is used in conjunction with ordinary clear water centrifugal pumps. Or used on oil or other liquid pipelines, mainly used on pipelines to pass debris in pipelines. The filtering hole area is 2-3 times larger than the diameter pipe area, far exceeding the filtering area of Y-shaped and T-shaped filters. The precision of a filter belongs to a type of precision filter, and the filter structure is different from other filters. It mainly consists of a connecting pipe, a main pipe, a filter basket, a flange cover, and fasteners. When the fluid enters the filter basket through the main pipe, solid impurities are blocked inside the filter basket, and clean fluid is discharged from the filter outlet through the filter basket. When cleaning is required, unscrew the bottom plug of the main pipe, drain the fluid, remove the flange cover, and take out the filter basket. After cleaning, it can be reinstalled, making it extremely convenient to use and maintain.Technical performance requirements
1) The top cover of the hair filter must be equipped with an exhaust valve. Observation holes should be installed on the top cover of the hair filter.
2) The design pressure shall not be less than 1.5 times the working pressure, and the testing pressure shall not be less than 1.5 times the design pressure.
3) The total area of the holes should not be less than 2.0 times the cross-sectional area of the connecting pipeline. The diameter of the filter cartridge holes should be 3-4mm, and for example, the filter mesh should be 10-15 mesh.
4) The structure of hair filters should be simple and reliable, flexible in loading and unloading, easy to disassemble and wash, and have good sealing.
5) The inlet and outlet sizes of the hair filter should be consistent.
Key points for product selection
1) Priority should be given to using finished hair filters.
2) The shell of the hair filter should be made of corrosion-resistant materials such as plastic, fiberglass, stainless steel, or copper. If cast iron or carbon steel is used, anti-corrosion treatment should be carried out, and the lining anti-corrosion material must meet hygiene requirements. The working pressure of the shell should not be less than 0.35MPa.
3) The material of the hair filter should also be corrosion-resistant.
Key points of construction and installation
1) It should be installed on the suction pipe of the circulating water pump and must be strictly installed in the direction of the hair filter's water flow, without reverse installation.
2) Hair filters must be installed on foundations or floors and must not rely on pipelines to support their weight.
3) After installation, it should be tested for tightness and pressure resistance together with the suction pipe.
