1、 HZPAC Overview
The integration of software based PLC and industrial Ethernet bus technology has formed a new PC based bus based controller: Programmable Automation Controller (PAC), which has formed a good ecological environment in Europe. This ecosystem includes standardization organizations such as PLCopen and CiA, as well as research institutions such as the Stuttgart University Machine Tool Control Institute ISG and Swiss Institute of Technology ZUB, and platform software suppliers such as 3S, InfoTeam, and KW. After being integrated into industrial solutions by controller manufacturers such as Siemens, Beifu, and B&R, it has been purchased by many automation and machine tool manufacturers such as KUKA and ABB, and its accumulated process knowledge (Knowhow) has been standardized, monopolizing the international high-end equipment market. A technological barrier based on PAC technology has been formed that is difficult to shake.
HZPAC programming software supports various mainstream industrial buses such as CANopen, EtherCAT, NCUC, ASI, etc., forming a full bus PAC with strong interconnection capabilities; Proposed reusable and easy to install package technology specifications, and developed standardized motion control library HZMC and standardized functional safety library HZSF for PLCopen; The practicality of the programming system and the reliability of the PAC series have been proven through multiple successful applications.
2、 Product composition
HZPAC consists of a programming system and multiple sets of bus type Programmable Automation Controllers (PACs), with the programming system on the left and the bus type PAC on the right in the diagram,
The user uses the IEC61131-3 specification to develop industrial control applications using Model Driven Development (MDD) on the programming workstation. The HZPAC runtime system software is generated by the programming system and published to the bus type PAC. Based on a universal bus hardware platform and standardized programming software, the software definition of the automation control system is implemented.
1. Programming system
The HZPAC programming system has five types of code compilation programming systems, plugin and easy to install package management systems, bus configuration systems, HMI configuration systems, Python script interfaces, supports FMU specifications, has Modbus/OPCUA information interface, IEC61131 standard function block library, PLCopen standard motion control library, and functional safety library.
The intelligent crystallization of software personnel can be encapsulated into a blockchain library and released in an easy to package manner, realizing the digital asset iteration of "machine generated eggs and egg hatching machines". The built-in motion library HZMC and safety library HZSF are developed and packaged using the HZPAC programming system, and these two libraries are also available for users to subscribe, download, and upgrade in an easy to package form. Therefore, HZPAC has complete openness.
