The HZJF-PDIV testing system is mainly designed for PDIV and PDEV testing of power equipment and insulation materials under specific conditions. The device mainly consists of a fully automatic industrial computer testing system, a digital PD measuring instrument, and a shielding compartment (customized size).

2、 Main features:

The voltage rise and fall, as well as the withstand voltage time, can be controlled in stages, with a maximum setting of 20 stages or more.

The system is divided into three levels of operating permissions: system settings, parameter settings, and experimental processes. Different permissions are required to operate the system, which can effectively prevent personnel from misoperation.

The system includes six protection functions: low voltage protection, low voltage current protection, high voltage protection, high voltage current protection, high voltage overvoltage protection, and high voltage flashover protection. Each protection has corresponding status indicator lights displayed.

The report content includes: report number, test name, test model, temperature and humidity, test voltage at each stage, high voltage current, test time PDIV、PDEV、 The essential test data includes the boost process curve, partial discharge measurement curve, test conclusion, and test personnel;

The shielding compartment is electrically controlled and has strong sealing. Copper foil is attached to the joints to ensure good contact. According to the product design, when testing the workpiece at the workstation, it can be operated freely up and down by simply placing the product. Ensure that the background shielding is less than 5pC.

The integrated structural design system of the 13 sets of equipment and the shielding compartment are integrated as a whole without any exposed wiring.
