A shaft pin sensor is a specialized sensor used to measure the radial load or wire rope tension of components such as bearings and pulleys. It can be installed in structures instead of pulley pins for measuring longitudinal forces. According to different purposes, it is convenient to install hooks, rigging shackles, movable pulleys (groups), fixed pulleys (groups), wedge-shaped joints, steel cable joints, marine rigging, open spiral buckles, pull rod heads, and fork joints at the connection between two metal structures. The shaft holes of the connecting fork, lifting ring, and steel wheel can not only replace the original shaft, but also serve as weighing force sensors, greatly simplifying the mechanical components of the entire weighing force control system.
