HYD-ZS online moisture analyzer, online moisture measurement and control instrument
The HYD-ZS online moisture measurement and control instrument applies advanced sensor, microprocessor technology, and digital signal processing technology from abroad. It can adjust the type, temperature, and correction range, set upper and lower limit alarms, output control signals, and transmit RS485/RS232 remote signals to a computer. It can also output 0-5V or 4-20mA measurement/control signals and can be connected to PLC or DCS equipment. Equipped with a moisture alarm, it will sound an alarm and be controlled according to the program when the moisture reaches or exceeds the preset moisture level.
The HYD-ZS online moisture meter can measure the moisture content (regain) of various pure or blended yarns, axes, fabrics, etc. such as cotton, polyester, acrylic, linen, velvet, and wool.
