2、 Product Structure Features
1. The fully automatic intelligent end quenching testing machine mainly consists of three parts: heating furnace, fully automatic intelligent control mechanism, and end quenching bench.
2. The end quenching heating furnace consists of a temperature control system and a refractory furnace, with fast heating speed and high temperature control accuracy.
3. The fully automatic intelligent control mechanism is located above the rack, and the intelligent control mechanism can move left, right, front, and back. The sample is clamped by an intelligent robotic arm made of ultra-high temperature alloy material, with a high degree of automation, fast movement, precise positioning, stability, and reliability. Be able to meet the national standard requirements and improve on this basis to become more intelligent and automated. Intelligent robotic arm can automatically extract quenched samples from the heating furnace within 5 seconds, accurately place them on the quenching bench, and automatically quench them.
4. The automatic end quenching test bench consists of a sample table, a water automatic circulation system, a water spray time control system, a water spray automatic rapid opening system, and a water temperature automatic adjustment control system.
5. The water spray control adopts two sets of control systems: a high-sensitivity automatic sensing system or a manual opening control system. Depending on the actual situation, they can be used separately.
6. The time control system adopts high-precision digital display time relay, which automatically shuts off the water spray after reaching the set time.
7. The water temperature control system adopts imported compressors for refrigeration and electric heating pipes for heating. During work, the water temperature should be controlled at 20 ℃± 2, and accurate temperature control is required to ensure stability even after prolonged use.
