HWV series cyclone mill

Main purpose:

A highly reliable ultrafine grinding equipment suitable for use in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, feed, pesticide, and non-metallic minerals. It is particularly suitable for ultrafine grinding of non-metallic mineral materials such as calcium carbonate and kaolin, as well as drying and surface modification treatment.

Working Principle:

After the material is added from the top of the upper box, it is quickly dispersed by the pre crushing blades on the upper part of the rotor, scattered towards the four walls of the stator, and enters the crushing zone composed of the rotor and stator. The large amount of air flow generated by the ultra high speed rotation of the rotor is influenced by both the rotating and stationary components inside the machine, as well as the appropriate guidance inside the machine, and is transformed into countless turbulent turns. These numerous air turbulence in the crushing zone drive the material and accelerate it to the same high speed as the airflow. Then, the direction and speed of these materials' movement change instantly, and the particles of each material collide with each other, completing ideal cracking in high-speed airflow. Only a small part of the particles are refined through internal movement and collision with stationary components. During the entire residence period of material particles in the machine, they are always surrounded by air flow. Therefore, the heat inevitably generated during the ultrafine grinding process is also carried away by the air flow as the grinding medium. The above crushing principle makes the HWV cyclone mill particularly suitable for grinding and drying operations.

1. Using a conical rotor and stator, the gap between the rotor and stator can be adjusted by lifting and lowering the upper box (stator) to control product fineness and yield, with a gap adjustment range of 0-5mm;

2. The rotor is made of special strength steel and high hardness wear-resistant castings imported from Europe. The outermost linear speed of the rotor is over 125 meters per second, and it has the characteristics of long service life;

3. The use of computer-aided design for box discharge is smoother and quieter, greatly reducing the wall sticking phenomenon of micro powder when dealing with viscous and cohesive materials;

4. Processing large air volume, low temperature rise during crushing, especially suitable for thermoplastic and fibrous materials, with uniform product particle size;

5. Optional fan blades can be installed under the rotor to increase air flow;

6. Easy maintenance, operation, and cleaning.
