1. The temperature of the medium shall not exceed 60 ℃; The medium density is 1-1.3kg/dm3. If the temperature of the medium exceeds 60 ℃ but is less than 125 ℃, you can consult our company for high-temperature submersible sewage pumps.
2. The pump does not have an internal self circulating cooling system, and the motor part is exposed to less than 1/3 of the liquid level.
3. The range of use for cast iron material is from pH 5 to 9.
4. Stainless steel material can be used for general corrosive media.
5. The altitude of the usage environment should not exceed 1000 meters. If it exceeds, it should be mentioned when placing an order to provide you with more reliable products.

Characteristics of submersible sewage pump products:

There are two different installation methods, fixed automatic coupling installation system and mobile free installation system.

The HQW (WQ) series non clogging submersible sewage pump is suitable for conveying granular sewage and waste in industries such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, paper industry, cement plant, steel plant, power plant, coal processing industry, as well as urban sewage treatment plant drainage system, municipal engineering, construction sites, etc. It is also used for pumping clean water and corrosive media.
Precautions for unobstructed mobile submersible sewage pump:
1. Before using the pump, carefully inspect whether the cables are damaged, whether the fasteners are loose or detached, and whether the pump is deformed or damaged during transportation, storage, and installation.
2. Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the same and relative ground of the electric pump motor. The value should not be less than 2 megohms. Otherwise, the motor stator winding should be dried at a temperature not exceeding 120 ℃.
The installation of this series of pumps comes in two types: fixed and mobile. When using fixed automatic installation, the chain cable should be threaded into two lifting ring screws or lifting plates (offset from the pump outlet, and its connection should be parallel to the pump outlet) to lift the electric pump up and down. Slowly and evenly slide down along the guide rail until it automatically couples into place. When using mobile installation, first cover the hose and thread the chain rope into two lifting rings to lift the electric pump up and down. Be careful not to use the cable as a rope to avoid danger.
4. The rotation direction of the pump after connection is counterclockwise when viewed from the inlet. If the electric pump is reversed, simply swap any two wires in the cable to adjust the wiring position.
5. The grounding wire of the casing of the electric pump must be strictly connected in accordance with relevant regulations. In order to ensure personal safety during use, it is strictly prohibited to install, operate or move the electric pump nearby during operation, in case of electric pump leakage and accidents.
6. Unless there are special circumstances, the electric pump must be equipped with a fully automatic water pump control cabinet. Do not directly connect to the power grid or use a knife switch to connect the power supply to ensure the normal operation of the electric pump.
7. Do not operate the electric pump in a low head state for a long time (generally, the head should not be less than 60% of the rated head). It is best to control it within the recommended head range to prevent the electric pump from burning out the motor due to overload.
8. Pumps without self circulating cooling devices are strictly prohibited from being exposed to the water surface for long-term operation to prevent overheating and damage to the electric pump.
Maintenance and upkeep of unobstructed mobile submersible sewage pumps:
1. The electric pump should be managed and used by a dedicated person, and the insulation resistance between the pump winding and the casing should be checked regularly to ensure that it is normal.
2. After each use, especially for thick and viscous slurries, the electric pump should be placed in clean water and run for several minutes to prevent sedimentation inside the pump and ensure its cleanliness.
3. If the electric pump is not used for a long time, it should be removed from the water and not soaked in water for a long time to reduce the chance of moisture in the motor stator winding and increase the service life of the electric pump.
After disassembling and repairing the electric pump, the casing components must undergo a 0.2MPa air tightness test to ensure reliable motor sealing.
The sealing ring between the impeller and the pump body has a sealing function. If the seal is damaged, it will directly affect the performance of the pump and should be replaced if necessary.
