This production line system is designed for the recycling and disposal project of hazardous waste HW49 plastic packaging containers. According to the classification requirements in the National Hazardous Waste List, plastic packaging containers commonly used in our industry, such as chemical drums, chemical tanks, oil drums, and oil pots, are classified as HW49 industrial hazardous waste. It does not belong to general solid waste or industrial waste, and its collection, storage, transportation, and disposal must comply with the relevant requirements of the Solid Waste Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China. Therefore, compared with traditional solid waste treatment, this system has essential differences in terms of process rigor, overall sealing, and zero manual intervention throughout the process.

The main units of this production line system are:1. Initial crushing pretreatment;2. One residual harmless collection;3. Fine crushing+secondary residual harmless collection (or destruction);4. Strong cleaning and decontamination;5. Dehydration and drying.

Due to the differences in chemical properties of residual materials in packaging containers, there are significant differences in the harmless collection process and cleaning equipment types in the middle of the production line, which belongs to a typical non-standard customized production line. At present, Baoshu Machinery Company has certain experience in the recycling and disposal of packaging containers for liquid hydrophilic chemical raw materials, some halogens, mineral oils, non cyanide organic compounds and other types of raw materials.
