1. After installing the instrument accessories according to the instructions, turn on the instrument;
2. Set parameters according to the instructions, select different setting items, and press the confirm button to save after selection;
3. Reagent equilibrium. Inject an appropriate amount of pure water into a 50 microliter sampler to neutralize any excess water in the reagent;
4. Instrument calibration. Using a 0.5ul sampler to extract 0.1ul of pure water for injection, the displayed result should be 100±If the displayed result is within the error range of 10ug (excluding injection error), sample measurement can be carried out.
5. Sample determination. After pressing the start button to inject the sample, the instrument will automatically perform the test. After the test is completed, a beep alarm will sound and the display screen will indicate "Test completed".

1、 Cannot display normally
Please check if the power connection wire, fuse, and power switch of the instrument are functioning properly.
2、 The instrument displays iodine
1. Evaluate whether the reagent is over iodine. If so, use a 0.5 microliter sampler to extract 0.2-0.4 microliters of water and inject it. Do not use an injector of 50 microliters or larger for injection.
2. Check whether the platinum wire at the bottom of the measuring electrode is connected together, causing a short circuit.
3、 The instrument shows an open circuit
Check if the measuring electrode is in good contact and re insert it firmly. Check if the connecting wire is broken.
4、 Open electrolysis without counting
Check if the electrolytic electrode is in good contact, unplug and plug it again, and check if the connecting wire is broken.
5、 Electrolysis does not end
Check if the reagent has expired.
