Application of HTF high-temperature axial flow fan:
The HTF high-temperature axial flow fan is a new product developed through optimized design. It has the characteristics of high efficiency and flat curve, which is conducive to energy conservation. This fan adopts a direct drive motor and can be driven at a single speed according to the different requirements of high-end civil buildings, in order to achieve the purpose of ventilation and high-temperature smoke exhaust during fire protection. It is widely used in high-end civil buildings, ovens, underground garages, tunnels and other occasions.
Characteristics of HTF high-temperature axial flow fan:
1. According to the standard, HTF high-temperature axial flow fans have the characteristics of excellent performance, good high-temperature resistance, high efficiency, less land occupation than centrifugal fans, and easy installation.
2 The HTF high-temperature axial flow fan has been tested and qualified by the National Quality Inspection Center for Fixed Fire Extinguishing Systems and Refractory Components, and its performance has reached the advanced level in China.
3. Excellent high temperature resistance: The fan test meets the requirements of GBJ45-82 fire protection regulations, and an enterprise internal control guarantee system higher than this standard is established to ensure continuous operation for more than 60 minutes under high temperature conditions of 300 ℃ and 20 hours/time without damage under temperature conditions of 100 ℃. It is widely used in high-end civil building ovens, underground garages, tunnels and other occasions.
4. Wide applicability: Variable speed or multi speed drive can be adopted according to the different requirements of high-end civil buildings to achieve the purpose of one machine with two sides and three knives (commonly used for ventilation and high-temperature smoke exhaust during firefighting); The blade types are divided into axial flow type (HTF-I, II) and oblique flow type (HTF-III, IV), making this series of fans have a wide range of performance parameters. If users have high requirements for noise, it can be made into a silencing fan.
5. High efficiency: This series of fans adopts advanced CAD software and is a new product developed through multi-objective optimization design. Tests have shown that the fan efficiency is greater than 80%, and some large fan numbers are greater than 85%. It also has the characteristic of a flat efficiency curve, which is conducive to energy conservation.
6. Easy to install and occupies less space than centrifugal fans: The basic forms of this fan are axial flow fans and diagonal flow fans, which can be directly connected to air ducts or installed on walls. The installation form can be vertical or horizontal. Greatly saves floor space.
Performance of HTF High Temperature Axial Flow Fan：
1. The fan performance table lists the performance within the highest efficiency range, divided into five performance points based on air volume. When selecting, the performance table shall prevail. The qualified quality of the fan leaving the factory shall not exceed ± 5% of the total pressure value error under the rated air volume. The performance selection table shall be based on the performance under standard conditions, and the performance specified in the technical documents or order requirements shall be subject to the standard conditions.
2. The installation methods of fans can be divided into horizontal and rooftop types. If there are special requirements for performance such as air volume, total pressure, installation size, etc., our factory will design and produce them separately for you.
3 HTF - Ⅰ and Ⅱ represent atmospheric pressure high-temperature smoke exhaust fans for firefighting, with axial flow blades; HTF-I (single speed) and HTF-II (dual speed); HTF-III and IV represent medium pressure high-temperature smoke exhaust fans for fire protection, with inclined flow blades; There are two types: HTF-III (single speed) and HTF-IV (dual speed).
4. HTF-X is a soundproof high-temperature smoke exhaust fan for firefighting, and users can choose different types according to their actual needs.
5. The HTF-W series roof mounted high-temperature smoke exhaust fan is designed for firefighting purposes. Users can choose flame-retardant fiberglass or steel wind caps according to their actual needs.
