Product Overview
The HT-ASV series heavy metal online monitoring instrument uses pre treated water samples that are digested at high temperature and high pressure, mixed with electrolyte in a detection tank, and then a reduction potential is applied to the electrode to enrich the metal ions to be tested in the mixed solution on the working electrode. The applied potential is then continuously changed in a step pulse manner to dissolve the metal elements enriched on the working electrode, and the current signal intensity during dissolution is detected. The concentration of the tested component is calculated based on the peak intensity of the dissolution current signal.
Instrument Principle
This method first applies a constant reduction potential to the working electrode, and the analyzed metal ions in the solution are reduced to metals and enriched on the electrode. Then, the potential is increased at a constant rate to the working electrode, and the enriched metals will dissolve out on the electrode during this process. The concentration of heavy metal ions can be accurately determined by the voltammetry curve. This testing method has been listed as a standard testing method by authoritative agencies such as the US EPA. The specific instruments in this series are as follows:

Instrument Features
Electrochemical method has a low detection limit and is not affected by the color, turbidity, and other metal ions of water samples. Compared with colorimetric instruments, it is more suitable for monitoring surface water with low heavy metal content in water conservancy, water affairs, environmental protection and other departments.
