The touch screen controlled needle flame combustion testing machine is a new type of comprehensive equipment that fully meets national standards and relevant UL and IEC standards, developed in accordance with the provisions of GB4706.1-2005 and GB5169.5 "Test Flame Needle Flame Test Method Device, Confirmation Test Method and Rules" regarding needle flame combustion testing. In addition to the originality of the device's major functions, the device adopts a full-color seven inch touch operation display screen, making testing easy and efficient. The horizontal and vertical movements of the style clip are controlled by a motor, which can automatically move up, down, left, and right without the need for manual operation.

This experiment evaluates the fire hazard using simulation techniques by simulating the effect of small flames generated due to fault conditions. At the beginning of the experiment, other similar products on the market need to use the left hand to start recording the time, and use the right hand to pull the BenSheng lamp to the position where the sample is placed. After visually recording the time, immediately pull the BenSheng lamp back with your hand. This instrument is designed to avoid user's uncoordinated misoperation as much as possible. When starting the experiment, pressing the "start" button on the touch screen will automatically move the local lamp to the right position of the sample, and the time relay will time it. After the time is up, the local lamp will automatically return to the starting position.
