Developed according to the standard GB32086-2015 "Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Vertical Combustion Characteristics of Specific Types of Automotive Interior Materials", it fully meets the technical requirements specified in the national standard GB32086 and is suitable for M3 class automotive interior curtains/sunshades and/or other internal suspension materials carrying more than 22 passengers. It is not suitable for city buses with standing passengers.
Technical parameters:
1. PLC+touch screen control;
2. The burner automatically ignites and the flame application time can be set arbitrarily;
3. T1/T2/T3 records within 9999S;
4. Minimum resolution of time timer: 0.1S;
5. The flame application time can be preset (automatic timing); Control range: 0.1s-999.9s; The timing accuracy is 0.1 seconds. After reaching the set combustion time, the burner (burner) will automatically retract;
6. The front of the sample holder is facing the equipment observation window, making it easy to observe the progress of the test and the combustion situation of the sample;
7. Ventilation hood: (cold-rolled sheet electrostatic spraying outer box);
8. The burner of the burner automatically tilts at 30 ° (can be selected between 30 ° and 45 °, and can be preset);
9. Flame height: 10-100mm continuously adjustable;
10. Power supply: 220VAC-15%~220VAC+10% 500W (single-phase three wire system)
11. Sample fixture size: The frame is 560 mm high and consists of two parallel rods connected by a spacing of 150 mm. There are fixing pins on the rods to fix the sample. The diameter of the fixed needle shall not exceed 2 mm and the length shall be at least 27 mm. In order to fix the sample on the fixed needle and maintain a distance from the frame, a positioning column with a diameter of 2 mm and a height of at least 20 mm shall be installed near the fixed needle.
12. Pressure plate: The U-shaped pressure plate ensures the vertical flatness of the sample on the sample holder. The U-shaped pressure plate should be flat and rigid, made of appropriate materials, with dimensions equivalent to the size of the sample holder, and a thickness of 1.0 mm ± 0.1 mm. Drill 12 circular holes with a diameter of approximately 4 mm on both sides of the pressure plate, and ensure that the distance between the centers of the circular holes is equal to the distance between the fixing pins on the sample holder
13. Gas lamp: The gas lamp is located in front of and below the sample, in a plane perpendicular to the surface of the sample through the vertical centerline of the sample. The center axis of the gas lamp is inclined upward at a 30 ° angle to the plane where the sample is located. The distance between the top of the gas lamp and the lower edge of the sample is 20 mm. When the gas lamp is placed vertically, ignite the gas lamp and adjust the flame height to 40 mm ± 2 mm, which is the distance between the nozzle of the gas lamp and the top of the flame. The inner diameter of the gas nozzle is 0.18+0.03 0 mm.
14Gas used for gas lampsIndustrial propane gas, butane gas, or liquefied petroleum gas (to be provided by the customer)
15. Lighting: LED spotlight 20W × 2
