HRFS series chlorine dioxide generator
Product details
Process Introduction:Regulating tank → reaction tank → sedimentation tank → biochemical tank → secondary sedimentation tank → clean water tank → bag filter → activated carbon adsorption tank → precision filter → effluent
technological process:After the production wastewater is intercepted by the grid for large floating debris, it flows automatically into the oil separation and regulation tank to isolate floating oil and grease (regularly remove floating oil and debris), enter the regulation tank for uniform water quality, and then be pumped to the high-efficiency integrated purification tank. By adding flocculants, soluble organic matter is degraded, and the supernatant water flows into the fast filtration tank to filter small suspended solids. Then it is pumped to the bag filter to intercept SS effluent and remove insoluble residual organic matter in the activated carbon adsorption tank. Finally, it is filtered by the precision filter and sent to the clean water storage tank for pre-treatment and reuse in the workshop.
The sludge from the clean water tank and other residual sludge are regularly discharged into the sludge concentration tank, filtered by a filter press, and the sludge cake is collected and handed over to relevant qualified units for treatment to avoid secondary pollution
