The newly developed unique and efficient automatic cleaning system enables the equipment to undergo over 200 maintenance free inspections. By optimizing the entire testing process, the analysis time for the entire process has been reduced by 20%, further improving analysis efficiency.

Instrument principle
The analysis and testing principle of EMIA Pro is to use a high-power high-frequency heating furnace with controllable combustion to heat the sample:
1. The sample is heated and burned in an oxygen atmosphere by a heating furnace
2. Carbon and sulfur are oxidized into CO, CO2, and SO2
3. After dust removal, water removal, and flow adjustment control in the gas path, CO, CO2, and SO2 are sent to non dispersive infrared detectors (NDIR) for detection
Further determine the carbon and sulfur content in the sample.
