HIV AIDS laboratory purification project
AIDS screening laboratory, HIV screening room
The main job responsibilities of the HIV laboratory are:
Laboratory testing of HIV or its corresponding markers on human blood, tissue fluid, excreta, tissues, organs, semen and related blood products, biological tissues or other objects, including HIV isolation, HIV antigen testing, nucleic acid testing and HIV antibody testing. Since the current routine test method is HIV antibody detection in blood, the National Technical Specifications for AIDS Testing focuses on the corresponding provisions for this test.
Documents related to HIV laboratory construction:
According to the Regulation on the Biosafety Management of Pathogenic Microorganism Laboratories issued by the State Council, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is a highly pathogenic pathogenic microorganism, which is classified as Category 2 pathogenic microorganism with the degree of harm. In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of HIV testing and ensure the safety of AIDS testing laboratories, the construction and management of laboratories must comply with the provisions of the following documents.
National Technical Specifications for AIDS Testing
Medical Laboratories - Safety Requirements
General Requirements for Laboratory Biosafety
Technical Specification for Building of Biosafety Laboratory
Regulations on Biosafety Management of Pathogenic Microbial Laboratories
