3、 Structural form of CZ type chemical pump
Horizontal rear opening door structure, pump head and motor connected by coupling, installed on the bottom plate, impeller with rear opening, three bearings, shaft seal with external mechanical seal, equipped with cooling device, oil level of bearing body observed by oil mirror; Compact and reasonable structure. The pump is cast with legs on the pump body, which can withstand the load from the pipeline and directly transmit it to the foundation. This ensures that the pump rotor will not bend due to the load borne by the pump, thereby ensuring the best service life of the bearing and mechanical seal. During maintenance, there is no need to open the pipeline connected to the pump body. Simply open the bolts between the bracket and the pump body and separate them to repair the impeller and mechanical seal, which is simple and convenient.
