The upper and lower valves of the instrument are equipped with flange joints, which are connected to the container to form a connector. The liquid level inside the container is directly indicated by the glass tube. The structural forms are "ordinary type" - D "insulation type" - W, and the insulation type is equipped with heating or cooling devices. The device can be heated with steam at a pressure not exceeding 0.6 MPa, and can be cooled with circulating water to regulate the flow performance of the medium. The size of the insulation sleeve connecting pipe is G1/4Internal thread. Steel balls are installed inside the upper and lower valves. When the glass is damaged due to an accident, the steel balls automatically seal under the pressure inside the container, preventing the medium inside the container from continuing to flow out. Install limit plug screws on the needle valve at the upper end of the instrument for air release, and also on the needle valve at the lower end for air release, sampling, drainage, and cleaning. |
