The HG1000 torque wrench calibrator has a static torque detection function, mainly used for torque testing, calibration, and periodic verification of various specifications and models of torque wrenches. The calibrator adopts a sensor loading method and optimized transmission design to achieve easy and smooth loading. 2、 Basic structure and working principle
The HG1000 torque wrench calibrator mainly consists of 1-4 high-precision static torque sensors of different specifications (determined according to the user's required detection range), high-precision torque measuring instruments (referred to as "instruments"), torque loading mechanisms, boxes, and reaction arm devices
By applying torque to the torque sensor through the torque loading mechanism and reaction arm device, the torque sensor sensitively and accurately senses the torque and converts it into an electrical signal. The high-precision torque measuring instrument collects electrical signals from torque sensors at high speed and processes them intelligently, displaying torque values in real-time or maintaining peak values. The high-precision torque measuring instrument reserves a serial port (RS-232/485) output terminal, which can be connected to a computer according to user needs. Through torque management software, it can manage the measurement and testing files of torque tools, perform regular calibration management, output and printing, and has a high degree of intelligence.
