Turbine blade fracture

Dongfeng 11 type 0053 locomotive, turbocharger number 254-13-289186, diagnostic conclusion: poor dynamic balance or large axial clearance (severe). On November 16, 2005, during a lifting inspection and disassembly, it was found that a piece of the turbine end blade had broken at the tensioning wire (as shown in the right figure), and the intake housing at the compressor end was severely damaged, with a diameter of about 80mm falling off.

Misalignment of sweeping chamber and working wheel guide wheel
Dongfeng 11 type 399 locomotive, turbocharger number 03-310A4-36060, detection and diagnosis conclusion: axial clearance exceeds the standard and pre tension is insufficient. On October 17th, during the inspection and disassembly, it was found that the axial clearance was 0.26mm, and the displacement between the guide wheel and the working wheel was up to 6mm, with slight sweeping of the chamber. Technical requirement: The guide vane blades must cover the pressure vane blades in the thickness direction, otherwise it will be considered as misalignment of the pressure and guide vanes.

The rotor shaft sleeve is severely strained
Dongfeng 11 type 0443 locomotive, turbocharger number 310A4-008, diagnostic conclusion: poor alignment and severe friction. On November 7, 2005, during a lifting inspection and disassembly, it was found that the rotor shaft sleeve was severely burned and discolored.
