Pipe fittings connection
PE water supply pipes can be connected by injection molded fittings, welded fittings, electric fusion fittings, steel plastic conversion joints, or other forms of mechanical fittings. Generally, pipes with a diameter less than 63mm are connected by hot melt socket fittings. For some special requirements, electric fusion fittings are used for connection.

Fusion welding procedure
- Fixing of pipes:Fix the pipe on the welding machine, leaving a space of 30-50mm, and fix the rotary cutting machine on the pipe end.
- Milling flat end face:Adjust the cutting machine and press it tightly against the pipe end before starting cutting. After cutting is completed, slowly reduce the pressure until the cutting machine stops working, which can ensure a smooth and flat cutting surface.
- Heating tube end:Insert the heating plate into the middle of the two ends of the heating tube.
- Welding:After heating the tube end, quickly move the heating plate away and squeeze the tube towards the middle.
- Complete welding:When the welding junction temperature drops to the same level as the ambient temperature, remove the pipe from the welding machine. After welding, the strength of the interface can reach or even exceed the strength of the pipeline itself.
